Öznur Pınar Çer is a Lead Architect at  "Architecture Studio" in MASK architects. 

She first says, "Our mission is being "Good Human" before being "Good Architect and Designer" as a MASK architects ideology and mission.

Öznur Pınar Çer is an International award-winning Turkish Architect and Founder, Principal, and Lead Architect at Mask architects in Italy. She set up her branding in the 3rd class of Architecture at University. She has graduated as the best of her generation, ranking first place prize of the Faculty of Fine Arts at the Cyprus International University with the high honor degree in 2014. She was awarded many international awards for her designed projects. During her University life, she has participated in many competitions. She won the most important student competition “MIMED 2013” as the first winner among 140 projects in the architecture students project competition. In another important Student competition “Prosteel 2014”, she won the honorable mention prize with the “Modular Shelter design for Emergency situation” project in Turkey.

Since 2013, She has been working as an award-winning young Architect, Designer Innovative, Future, and Space Designer with over 7 years of experience in the construction, interior, landscape, industrial, and urban design business working on a wide range of high profile projects and typologies involving Public Buildings, Museums, Pavilions, Art and Installations. One of her most important career experiences is that she has worked as one of the three Lead Architect and Architectural Designer on numerous projects at all stages from conception design to implementation and has extensive knowledge of schemes that are bespoke and site-specific at Istanbul New Airport Duty-Free Stores project and public zones in Tabanlıoğlu Architects between 2016-2018 period.

Between 2014-2020 she has worked in many international Architecture companies in Germany and Turkey while she has set up her branding Internationally. In this period she has worked a minimum of 18 hours a day.

Since 2017, she has been working as a Founder and Principal, Lead Architect at her own company Mask architects. She has been leading innovative design Architectural competitions and award-winning projects of various scales within Korea, Germany, Turkey, the USA, France, Africa, Dubai, and internationally at all stages of the design process which took clients way beyond their expectations. In 2018 she won her first prize at World Architecture Community Award 29th circle with Futuristic-organic “Kırşehir Automobile & Aeroplane Museum '' project. This project still is being talked about seriously in many international presses as well as another project of hers “Seoul Photography and Art Museum”  which is “the first Art and Photography Museum in the World which has taken a picture by itself in Seoul was awarded the “one of the best Museum of the Year” in Turkey by the “UNIMUZED 2021”  International University Museum Association Platform. In addition, the same project has been awarded the 2020 Golden Trezzini Awards for Architecture and Design in the Best Architectural Design for a Museum category. In Russia. Named “The First Camera Obscura Photographic Art Museum '', With this design project, her name and Mask Architects company has been taking a place on “World Press' ' across Asia, Canada, America and Europe website, magazines, and social media.

She has received an invitation for “Venice Biennale 2020” by the European Cultural Centre as a MASK Architects to participate in the “TIME SPACE EXISTENCE” exhibition topic. This point is where she met with her partner. She and her Italian Luxury Industrial Designer partner Danilo Petta have prepared for Venice Biennale 2020 with the” Hole Zero+Timeless Art Sculpture” project which is the first spiral movement and rotated lattice loop structure in the World which is controlled with a kinetic art installation by Human movements.

Since 2020 with the involvement of Danilo PETTA in MASK architects as Founding Partner and Chief Design Officer, they continue to work as partners at MASK architects Company in Sardinia, Italy. They have been signing award-winning projects on numerous Architectural and Design projects with their mission which has a combination of Architecture and Industrial Design with technology, Art, and Sustainability within from Architecture to the yacht, boat and watch design.

In a pandemic situation, Öznur Pınar Çer and Danilo Petta designed an” I-Breathe-Just “ adjustable apparatus which is 3D printing that doubles the capacity of the pulmonary ventilators by splitting the oxygen output directly from the inhalation/exhalation channel for patients exposed to COVID 19 cases. The” I-Breathe-Just “apparatus was designed as a volunteering project for the biomedical industry. The project has been taken under the protection of the Italy Government and applied for a patent on the Europe and Turkey side.

Her mission is not only to provide a service of architecture and luxury design. As an Architect and Designer, her mission is also to make her creativity available for the common good by responding, in emergencies such as this, directly to users’ needs. MASK Architects has a mission based on “Human and Human rights”. Therefore, MASK architects also clearly demonstrated the role of the designer in emergency cases with this project.

Danilo Petta is a Lead Designer at "Design Studio" in MASK architects.

Danilo Petta is an international award-winning Italian Watches and Luxury Industrial Designer and Founding Partner & Chief Design Officer at MASK architects Srls in Italy. He studied Architecture at Polytechnic of Milan and Interior Design at Istituto Europeo di Design (IED) in Milan. He began his multidisciplinary career in the Design Center of Bvlgari in Rome as a "Watches Designer." He led the design of "Serpenti Tubogas" and other many successful timepieces of the Brand. In November 2010, he joined the brand OMEGA, and his new challenge was the development of the New Collection of DeVille products and Central Tourbillons as a Senior Product Manager. After this, he started to design Swiss High-End Complicated Timepieces, working between Italy and Switzerland.

Between 2015-2018, he designed many different Luxury goods like the "Astronomia Sky," "Astronomia Solar," and "Astronomia Table-Clock" for Jacob & Co. He was awarded in 2019 with the MUSE Award in the Fashion Design Category. Danilo Petta is a member of ADI - Associazione per il Disegno Industriale, the Italian Association founded by Gio Ponti that since 1958 manages the Compasso d'Oro Award, the oldest and important recognition Worldwide in the design sector.

In January 2020, he joined as Co-Founder and Chief Design Officer in Mask architects. Since then, he and his partner Öznur Pınar Çer have been carrying out their mission: "Combination of the architects and industrial designs vision, aesthetic, human-based and innovative designs keys in all types of projects."

In 2021 Danilo Petta was nominated by the Ministry of Culture and the Ministry of the Foreign Affairs of the Italian Republic, one of the 100 Design Ambassadors representing Italian Creativity in the World. The first exhibition of his works will be the IDD 2021/22 (Italian Design Days) and he will represent Italy in the Italian Republic Embassy in Mexico.

He has been awarded “Europe 40 Under 40®” as one of the most innovative and contemporary emerging talents as a Watch and Luxury designer worldwide by the European Cultural Centre, The Chicago Athenaeum Museum, and the EU commission. Some of his works are published in the dedicated book ‘’Next New Talented Generation Award of European Architects and Designers for 2020 – 2021’’ Edited by Metropolitan Art Press.

Tuğçe Çer has graduated department of  Radio Tv and Cinema with High honour degree at Gazi University in 2009. After she graduated from Radio Tv and Cinema department, she has participated at Yasar University, Department of the Visual Communication Design between 2010-2013. In 2017, She has completed and a master's degree in 'The effect of storytelling on the brand preference process of the consumers' at Istanbul University. She has been experienced as Head of Manager on brand guidelines, brand strategy, social media and brand vision of the Cookshop in Kazancı Holding in Istanbul. Since 2017, she has been leading the Branding, PR and Corporate Communication of Mask architects.
