Inspired by the silent intelligence of pine forests in the highlands of All’En, PINEA mimics the behaviors of natural ecosystems. In pine forests, each tree grows in harmony with others, sharing light, nutrients, and space through a self-regulating balance perfected by nature. Drawing from this model, the PINEA resort grows organically through a modular system in which each unit operates independently, yet contributes to the overall balance and energy flow of the entire site. Each structure is algorithmically positioned to respond to sunlight, topography, and ecological sensitivity, with minimal impact on the natural terrain. The buildings rise gently out of the landscape, anchored without deep foundations, allowing the forest to remain largely untouched.
