Eagle Mansion Signature Villa

Eagle Mansion Signature Villa

“Eagle Mansion Signature Villa” has been selected as one of the three finalists in the international invited “Signature Mansion” competition organized by Emaar Misr for its landmark development, Soul Luxury Beach Resort, located on the North Coast of Egypt.

Designed for Mohamed Alabbar — founder of Emaar Properties, the visionary developer behind globally recognized destinations such as the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall, and chairman of Eagle Hills — the project represents a new interpretation of ultra-luxury coastal living.

Developed across 580 acres, Soul Luxury Beach Resort by Emaar Misr | EH is conceived as a next-generation beachfront destination located 30 kilometers from Marassi. The masterplan introduces a landscape-first philosophy where architecture, waterfront lagoons, Mediterranean sea views, and lush green environments merge into a singular living experience centered around belonging, serenity, and exclusivity.

At the heart of this vision stands Eagle Mansion Signature Villa — conceived by MASK Architects as the defining centerpiece of the entire development. More than a villa, the project is envisioned as an architectural island ecosystem designed around privacy, lifestyle, hospitality, wellness, and social interaction.

Lead designers and architects Öznur Pınar Çer and Danilo Petta, founders of MASK Architects, describe the project as “a floating architectural landmark designed entirely on an artificial island.” Inspired directly by the lifestyle of the client, the villa redefines the relationship between luxury living, landscape, and experiential architecture.

The project is constructed upon five artificial hills forming a fully customized private island surrounded by a continuous 360-degree beachfront. Walking and running paths, event terraces, social gathering areas, and multi-purpose outdoor spaces transform the island into an immersive lifestyle destination rather than a conventional private residence.

The architectural concept was developed around the idea of visual lightness and elevation — creating the sensation that the mansion itself is floating above the landscape. Elevated volumes, seamless geometries, and fluid spatial transitions establish a sleek and contemporary identity while maximizing privacy, exclusivity, and uninterrupted panoramic sea views.

The villa spans three principal levels, each carefully organized to reflect different layers of social and private life:

  • Public Mansion — dedicated to guests, business associates, entertainment, and large-scale hospitality experiences
  • Semi-Private Mansion — designed for family interaction, wellness, leisure, and elevated social living
  • Main Private Mansion — an exclusive upper-level owner sanctuary ensuring complete privacy and security

A 2,000-square-meter infinity pool connects the architectural masses while visually merging the villa with the surrounding Mediterranean horizon.

Beyond its residential program, the mansion integrates office spaces, communal work environments, wellness facilities, event zones, hospitality functions, and extensive outdoor experiences into a singular all-in-one living concept tailored to the client’s lifestyle.

The lower levels of the artificial island also accommodate technical infrastructure, staff areas, storage facilities, underground parking, and operational support spaces — allowing the visible architecture above to remain pure, uninterrupted, and resort-like in experience.

According to MASK Architects, the project aims to challenge the traditional definition of a luxury mansion by creating “an immersive private world where architecture, landscape, hospitality, business, and lifestyle coexist within a single sculptural environment.”

With Eagle Mansion Signature Villa, MASK Architects proposes not simply a residence, but a new typology of ultra-luxury island living designed for the future of global hospitality and private residential experiences.

The interior program of Eagle Mansion Signature Villa was conceived as a seamless fusion between hospitality, wellness, business, and private living. Rather than functioning as a conventional residence, the villa operates as a fully immersive lifestyle ecosystem tailored around the client’s personal and professional world.

The Public Mansion level features expansive open-plan living spaces composed of a contemporary kitchen, formal dining areas, and multiple lounge environments designed for both intimate gatherings and large-scale hospitality experiences. Integrated into this level are executive offices, meeting rooms, private studios, libraries, and collaborative workspaces — allowing the client to host business meetings, social gatherings, and creative discussions within a highly curated architectural setting.

Winter gardens and panoramic outdoor terraces positioned on both sides of the villa create a continuous dialogue between interior and exterior living. These spaces are complemented by private lounge decks and mini bars designed to elevate the guest experience while maximizing views across the Mediterranean landscape.

A significant focus of the project was dedicated to wellness and longevity. The villa incorporates a fully integrated health and fitness program including a gym, sauna, Turkish bath, hydro-massage showers, massage suites, yoga spaces, meditation areas, and recovery zones. Dedicated gallery-like environments were also designed to showcase the client’s private art collections and collectibles, transforming the residence into a personalized cultural space.

Vertical circulation from the underground parking and service levels provides discreet and direct access to the mansion above, ensuring seamless movement between private and operational zones.

The second level — the Semi-Private Mansion — was designed exclusively for the client’s family and close inner circle. This floor introduces a more intimate residential atmosphere while maintaining the architectural openness and visual fluidity established throughout the project. Family living suites connect directly to expansive terraces and the villa’s signature infinity pool environments, reinforcing the relationship between architecture, water, and horizon.

One of the defining architectural features of the project is the 2,000-square-meter infinity pool system integrated into the second floor. Conceived as a floating aquatic landscape, the pools include private bathing decks, secluded mini-islands, and cantilevered glass-and-steel pool edges extending dramatically toward the sea. Heated for year-round use, these pools become both experiential and sculptural elements within the architecture itself.

The design language of this level intentionally dissolves the boundaries between inside and outside. Large openings, panoramic terraces, reflective water surfaces, and uninterrupted ocean views create a continuous sense of openness and visual infinity. An outdoor cinema and social gathering lounge further transform the terraces into spaces for family interaction, entertainment, and leisure.

Privacy was considered essential throughout the planning process. The second floor allows flexible zoning where the client may dedicate separate pool and terrace areas for family members and close guests, ensuring both intimacy and exclusivity. Elevated above the main public zones and directly connected to service infrastructure below, this level maintains a strong balance between accessibility, comfort, and security.

The third floor — the Main Private Mansion — was conceived as the ultimate owner sanctuary. Entirely reserved for the client, this level offers maximum privacy and security with controlled access exclusively through the second floor. No direct circulation from the public or operational levels reaches this area, reinforcing the villa’s layered hierarchy of privacy.

This private owner retreat includes luxurious living spaces, personal lounges, dressing suites, expansive terraces, infinity bathtubs, and secluded outdoor environments overlooking uninterrupted 360-degree Mediterranean views. Every spatial element was designed to create a sense of serenity, exclusivity, and elevated living above the island landscape below.

At the rooftop level, the villa integrates a private helicopter landing pad, enabling direct and seamless arrival to the island residence. In addition to road access via a dedicated connection bridge, the island also accommodates private yacht docking facilities, transforming the project into a fully connected luxury destination accessible by land, sea, and air.

Palm trees and carefully curated landscape interventions across the artificial island reinforce the illusion of a natural private oasis. Combined with the surrounding beaches, infinity pools, social terraces, event spaces, and communal environments, the project establishes an entirely new typology of ultra-luxury living where architecture, hospitality, landscape, and lifestyle converge into one unified experience.

The core architectural ambition behind Eagle Mansion Signature Villa was to create the sensation of a floating mansion rising above the artificial topography — a sculptural yet highly livable environment where elegance, practicality, security, and experiential luxury coexist seamlessly.
